Up and Running with Riak: Installation

Today I was talking with Basho guys about the lack of support in Homebrew [1] for Riak. The good news… are two or even three:

  1. Mathias Meyer (@roidrage) dropped me a note that there is a Riak formula ready to be submitted. Yay!
  2. Minutes after hearing about upcoming Homebrew support for Riak, Mihai @ropiku pointed me to a freshly published article covering ☞ Riak installation.
  3. Last but not least, there is also the Riak with embedded Erlang solution.

So, getting started with Riak should not be too difficult!
